The following warranty applies to remanufactured Herman Miller Ergon Chairs and Chair Conversion/Upgrade Kits.
	Anso Products,Inc. warrants products against defects for a period of 5 years.
	Anso will replace or repair any part which should fail under normal use.Normal use is described as use in an office environment 8 hours per day.
	Warranty claims must be accompanied by a sample of the failed products.
	Any abuse or alteration of the product shall render the warranty void.
